Tasks

Role to support growing rehab construction firm based in Austin, TX, specializing in residential and multifamily renovation and redevelopment projects. The Assistant Superintendent/PM will support the Superintendent and Project Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations across multiple rehab projects. This emphasis on this position will be on liaising with the customers and making sure that they are satisfied with the work and clear on what the schedule is. -Help manage project schedules and monitor progress -Assist with documentation, reporting, and project closeout tasks -Perform quality control checks and punch list management -Communicate regularly with superintendents, project managers, and clients -Coordinate material deliveries and jobsite logistics -Assist with daily on-site supervision of subcontractors and labor crews

The job requires 75% in Austin, 20% in San Antonio & 5% in Fort Stockton -Be on-site and ready to adapt to dynamic project needs in both residential and multifamily settings -Valid driver's license and reliable transportation -Ability to read construction documents and scopes of work -Excellent communication and organizational skills -Proficient with basic construction tech tools (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Office, etc.) -2+ years of experience in residential or multifamily construction (rehab/renovation experience a plus)
