Oversee commercial project design, construction, safety, quality, budget and client relations.

Tasks

-Lead estimating, budgeting, scheduling, contract management, and project closeout activities. -Monitor project financials, including invoices, budgets, change orders, and reporting dashboards. -Provide technical leadership and oversight for complex commercial construction projects from design through closeout. -Identify and resolve construction and design challenges in real time. -Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and risk management standards. -Conduct project meetings and ensure effective coordination from kickoff through completion. -Mentor and develop junior staff including Project Engineers, APMs, and Superintendents. -Uphold company values with a strong focus on quality, integrity, and diversity, equity & inclusion. -Manage client, architect, subcontractor, and superintendent relationships to ensure alignment and project success. -Provides excellent customer service. -Champion a Safety-First mindset across all phases of the project.

What You Bring

-Five (5) years of experience in Project Management in the built environment. -Proficient knowledge of project management principles and strategies. -Must have a valid Driver’s License. -Strong oral and written communication and listening skills. -Knowledge of construction principles and strategies, with the ability to identify critical paths. -Pleasant and confident demeanor when dealing with colleagues and owners/clients. -Communicates difficult/sensitive information tactfully. -Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent work experience. -Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, Procore Project Management Software, and internet research tools. Embrace technology and innovation. -Must have experience working on varied and intermediate projects.
