Floor Housekeeper

Description

• Maintain correct stock levels in housekeeping stores and ensure items are stored properly.
• Clean rooms when necessary, setting the benchmark for the housekeeping team.
• Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are well-presented by performing checks to confirm they have been cleaned to our excellent standards.
• Prioritise the workload of yourself and the room attendants.
• Engage with guests to promote guest loyalty and memorable experiences.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure that they are resolved appropriately.
• Coach, guide and mentor room attendants assigned to your section daily.

Requirements

• A smart and professional appearance.
• Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is a significant advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Very good supervisorial and motivational skills.
• Most of all, you have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
