Tasks

-Maintain productive and collaborative relationships with other Watts employees. -Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation. -Continuously refine reporting tools and processes to improve accuracy, usability, and performance. -Partner with business stakeholders to define reporting needs and translate them into scalable BI solutions. -Lead analytics projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. -Perform advanced analysis to support strategic planning, operational efficiency, and business development. -Ensure data integrity and governance by implementing best practices and collaborating with IT/data engineering. -Advocate for data-driven decision-making and help elevate the analytics maturity of the organization. -Mine data warehouses and lakehouses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. -Design, build, and maintain dashboards and visualizations that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.

What You Bring

-A strategic mindset with a passion for solving business problems through data. -Advanced proficiency in Power BI and SQL; experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, or similar platforms is a plus. -Data Governance experience -Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field. -Experience with SAP and similar ERP systems -Punctuality and dependability. -Manufacturing and Industry experience preferred. -Proven ability to deliver insights that drive measurable business outcomes. -Strong understanding of data warehousing/lakehouse concepts and ETL processes. -Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods. -Ability to remain seated/standing at a desk or workstation for extended periods. -Experience managing multiple projects in Agile or hybrid environments. -Adherence to all personnel policies, procedures, and standards of process as implemented by Watts. -Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers. -Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work priorities and stressful conditions. -Ability to physically move around the office and occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment. -Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. -Ability to read documents and communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with management, coworkers, and third parties. -Adherence to Watts’ seven -7+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, or analytics—preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. -Cultural beliefs: Growth Mindset, Customer-Focused Innovation, Constant Communication, Clear Goals, Collaborate Globally, Be Inclusive, and Take Action.
