- Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for documentation management processes to ensure consistent and compliant practices.
- Investigate, resolve, and communicate operational issues affecting logistics flows, collaborating with logistics and trade compliance teams to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Gather, review, and maintain accurate import and export documentation to support logistics and trade compliance requirements, ensuring records are well-organized and accessible for internal reviews and audits.
- Support logistics in maintaining timely and compliant shipments, coordinating with other departments to streamline processes.
- Support broker request tickets and work to resolve in-transit issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal delays and accurate clearance.
- Act as a key contact for customs brokers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on logistics processes and work closely with trade compliance to ensure any regulatory updates are communicated effectively to relevant teams.
- Track and support post-entry processes, such as corrections and duty refunds, in coordination with the trade compliance team.

- Previous experience in data entry preferably in Customs Entry or Supply Chain.
- Experience working with ACE, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and/or government agencies such as CBP and USDA is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, HTS classification, incoterms, and trade documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and SharePoint. Experience with Power BI or ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) is a plus.
