Tasks

-Procure permits and other approvals from various agencies. -Communicate effectively with construction and engineering staff, clients, and other project stakeholders. -Assist with preparation of plans and specifications, reports, and other project deliverables. -Complete detailed reports as required. -Inspect construction sites for compliance with project documents and engineering principles. -Attend meetings on an as needed basis. -Assist with CAD drafting and design, and preparation of construction documents.

What You Bring

-Use technical and communication abilities to complete the civil component of a wide variety of projects in a dynamic design team setting. -Specific coursework or exposure to one or more of the following is desired: planning, design, construction, architecture, infrastructure, hydrology, environmental, surveying and construction management. -Must have a vehicle, good driving record, and valid driver’s license. -Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and take direction. -Ability to work independently. -Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills -Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s degree (minimum) in civil engineering, structural engineering, architecture, environmental, construction management or related field required. -Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -Requires understanding of basic AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Benefits

-Locations in CO, HI, IL, MD & Various CA, NJ Areas - Min Salary $ 47,200.00 - Max Salary $ 63,700.00
