Tasks

-Deliver an ambitious carbon reduction strategy. -Develop customer understanding of Net Zero offering to support them achieving their goals. -Control costs and resources to add customer value and ensure fleet compliance. -Build strategic customer partnerships to deliver lean, industry-leading technical solutions, lead compliant operational bids, and maintain key client relationships positioning Veolia as their trusted expert partner. -Champion a people-first culture focused on safety, wellbeing, and innovation while attracting, retaining, and developing top talent from within. -Define and execute regional strategy aligned with business goals, set team objectives, drive engagement, and develop talent through succession planning and career development. -Lead on the ISS Steering Committee, manage Trade Union negotiations, and build strategic stakeholder relationships to drive organic growth. -Identify innovation opportunities and maximise customer integration by understanding their business drivers and sector developments.
