Tasks

-Assist the Service Coordinator in providing support, billing, and pricing for the Service Department. -Communicate with vendors as needed to request invoice copies or correct payment applications. -Match invoices and delivery tickets on assigned jobs and code for data entry while working with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure timely approval of invoices. -Answer and direct all incoming phone calls. -Process rental, utility, overhead, and other non-job-related invoices for data entry; troubleshoot problem invoices; and reconcile vendor statements. -Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure completion of all duties and tasks assigned, adhering to deadlines.

What You Bring

-2+ years of relevant work experience -Intermediate knowledge of various accounting software -Organized and systematic -Construction accounting software experience – preferred -Beginner–intermediate knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook -Comfortable at the table with all levels of leadership -Proactive Problem Solver with outstanding interpersonal skills
