The Role

Overview

Assist HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, records, training, and employee relations.

Tasks

-- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and procedures -Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts -- Support the HR team in developing and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations -- Assist with employee relations, including addressing employee grievances and conducting exit interviews -- Process employee requests and maintain HR databases, such as attendance and leave records -- Coordinate training and development programs for employees, including scheduling and tracking participation -Coordinating Tawjeeh and medical process of new onboarding staff -- Assist with performance management processes, including coordinating performance evaluations and maintaining performance records -- Maintain employee records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date -- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

What You Bring

-- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field -- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information -- Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures -- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team -Immediate Joining ( Available in UAE ) -- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is preferred -- 3-4+ years of experience in a similar role -- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems -- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
