Tasks

-Timely train and provide continuing education for staff. -Keep an accurate record of professional invoices by department; maintaining or creating savings for budget goals. -Create a positive, fun, management friendly action oriented image with staff. -Promote sales of treatments. -Develop and implement short and long range goals and objectives. -Develop and update department rules, regulations and policies. -Enforcing positive praise and recognition as a means to make change. -Interact with guests in a friendly, service oriented manner. -Responsible for financial and operational success of the Spa, Salon, & Retail. -Responsibility for fiscal and budgetary management. -Develop, coordinate and operate service programs. -Maintain open communication with staff including being receptive to personal feedback from staff. -Analyze customer service strengths and weaknesses and develop plans as needed. -To maintain high standards of cleanliness in the Women’s and Men’s spa. -Effectively manage the day-to-day operations of service and staff activities. -Effectively communicate to staff all aspects of spa and hotel business. -Responsible for keeping staff well trained in sales techniques and treatments. -Ensure equipment in departments is in working order. -Monitor and aggressively affect revenue goals.

What You Bring

-Three years customer service related experience required. -Previous spa and/or hotel experience preferred. -Ability to work with a variety of staff and management in a cooperative manner. -Preferable two years of leadership experience in a spa setting. -Must be very detail oriented. -Skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
