Tasks

This position will involve working in a showroom environment, as well as in an office environment. This position will involve sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time, as well as walking throughout environments. This position will involve handling stone samples and other objects weighing up to 25 pounds. This role will be responsible for working with customers inside our Dallas Showroom. They will help customers select their materials and plan their project. This role regularly works with customers that are accustomed to luxury showroom settings and expect a “red-carpet” showroom experience with personalized attention. The ideal candidate for this role would provide polished, concierge-style service that secures repeat customers and word-of-mouth referrals. This role will also handle direct-to-fabricator slab sales. Finally, this role will also work with clients that are already working with an Outside Sales Representative, in the event of that representative’s absence. -Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients. -Oversee and conduct direct-to-fabricator slab sales. These sales are not commissionable. Commission is earned on retail sales that this position generates on their own. -Schedule and attend appointments with retail clients and manage calendars accordingly. -Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. -Negotiate terms and close sales to meet and exceed revenue targets. -Maintain our sample library and demonstrate product knowledge to clients. -Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients. -Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to clients in a timely and accurate manner. -Receive and apply feedback from clients and maintain our reputation of excellence and customer satisfaction. -Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. -Provide high-quality hospitality to luxury clientele -Represent the brand in a showroom environment. -Work with customers handled by other representatives as needed and document interactions so that there is a seamless transition.

What You Bring

This position will require you to commute to our showroom daily for work. -2-year degree or higher in Marketing, Business,or a related field -High school diploma or equivalent. -Excellent verbal and written communication and skills. -Excellent, professional personal appearance -Familiarity with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Able to provide a concierge/white-glove experience with high value customers -Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. -Prior experience with stone countertops and cabinetry -Knowledge of the luxury stone fabrication industryis advantageous. -Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. -High degree of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills. -Strong organizational skillswith the abilityto manage multiplepriorities. -Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in stone manufacturing or related industry. -Ability to conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored towards luxury clientele. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus onrelationship building andclient engagement.
