Tasks

-Guide applicants through the leasing process, from application to move-in -Greet and engage with prospective residents, providing tours of available units and amenities -Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person -Coordinate the apartment make-ready process for new resident move-ins -Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with leasing policies and Fair Housing laws -Assist with marketing efforts and community events -Build and maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure retention

What You Bring

-Excellent organizational skills to keep make-readies on task and on time -Previous experience in sales and customer service; experience in property management preferred -Ability to work an occasional Saturday if needed -Proficiency in property management software; Appfolio experience preferred, or willingness to learn -Strong communication and interpersonal skills
