Tasks

-Collaborate with team members and colleagues across different teams to provide business development, commercial and administrative support aimed at achieving order targets at agreed margins. -Record the progress of each sales opportunity on CRM. -Build and provide quotations for low value SMB opportunities, following up and negotiating to close out an order. -Execute all commercial administrative activities accurately and efficiently. -Maintain effective relationships across teams and respond to administrative queries through appropriate communication channels. -Identify and resolve issues promptly, escalating where necessary to improve processes and share learning. -Prioritise customer service to maximise customer satisfaction and ensure continuity of service for future order winning opportunities.
