Tasks

-Update and finalize PowerPoint presentations, workbooks, and other class materials -Ensure accuracy, visual appeal, and quality in all learning content -Support the creation and production of BDR's world-class training courses, presentations, and webinars. -Maintain production schedules and logs in Dynamics 365 (D365) -Manage digital files responsibly and protect the company's intellectual property -Assist with internal trainer meetings, webinars, and virtual training sessions -Coordinate with vendors for printing and shipping of class materials -Collaborate with the Senior VP of Training, Production Lead, and Instructional Designer on ongoing projects -Prepare printed and digital training materials for both classroom and online delivery

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) -High school diploma or GED -Creative thinking and the ability to manage multiple priorities -At least 1 year of professional office experience -Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently -Excellent attention to detail and communication skills -Clear expectations, consistent communication, and supportive leadership -Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat; Photoshop experience is a plus -Project management experience preferred
