Tasks

-Supervise and direct on-site crews, ensuring adherence to schedules and procedures. -Collaborate with supervisory staff to resolve operational challenges. -Address delays, weather-related issues, and emergencies as they arise. -Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including DOT, OSHA, and MSHA standards. -Oversee the operation and maintenance of construction equipment. -Identify and implement improvements in work methods and scheduling. -Maintain daily logs of labor, equipment, and materials. -Operate heavy equipment when necessary. -Hire, train, and mentor laborers and equipment operators. -Assign daily tasks and monitor progress for efficiency and quality.
