Tasks

We are seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to help shape and deliver powerful narratives across internal and external platforms, strengthening our reputation and supporting strategic business goals. The Corporate Communications Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing comprehensive communication strategies that support Titan America’s brand, reputation, and strategic priorities. This role plays a vital part in advancing our messaging on sustainability, innovation, safety, and community engagement, while ensuring consistent and compelling communication across all channels. -Manage crisis communication efforts, working closely with legal, operations, and safety teams to craft timely, accurate statements and Q&A materials. -Provide regular reports and insights to improve communication effectiveness and ROI. -Track and analyze digital engagement metrics to optimize content and report results. -Use analytics tools to monitor media coverage, employee engagement, and social media performance. -Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and company announcements related to operations, sustainability achievements, partnerships, community involvement, and major milestones. -Develop brochures, presentations, event signage, branded merchandise, and digital marketing materials. -Collaborate with HR and senior leadership on executive communications, employee engagement efforts, change management initiatives, and DEI messaging. -Build and maintain relationships with industry media outlets, journalists, trade publications, and local press across Titan America’s operating regions. -Support the development of ESG disclosures, annual sustainability reports, and stakeholder communication tools. -Support community relations initiatives, including plant-level engagement, employee volunteerism, and philanthropic efforts. -Maintain and evolve internal communication platforms, such as the company intranet, digital bulletin boards, newsletters, and employee email updates. -Create and curate compelling content—including video, infographics, blog posts, and employee spotlights—to enhance brand visibility and employer reputation. -Lead the development and execution of internal communication campaigns to align employees with company goals, values, and initiatives—including sustainability, safety, diversity and inclusion, and performance culture. -Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.), in coordination with HR, marketing, and sustainability teams. -Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all external touchpoints, including the corporate website, investor materials, and public presentations. -Collaborate with Marketing on promotional campaigns, product/service launches, and customer events to ensure alignment of tone, message, and brand positioning. -Ensure brand consistency across all print and digital assets, including adherence to style guidelines and tone of voice. -Assist with communications related to permitting, development projects, and engagement with local governments and regulatory bodies. -Partner with Sustainability and Environmental teams to articulate Titan America’s leadership in decarbonization, alternative fuels, clinker substitution, and other low-carbon solutions. -Plan and manage content for internal town halls, leadership meetings, and employee recognition events. -Translate complex technical and environmental information into accessible, high-impact messaging for both internal and external audiences.

What You Bring

This is a hands-on role that requires a highly organized, collaborative, and creative professional who can manage multiple projects, create high-impact content, and engage diverse stakeholders—from executive leadership to frontline employees. -Hands-on mentality, capable of independently managing projects from strategy to execution. -Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. -5–7 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or internal communications—preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B sectors. -Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; able to work collaboratively with executives, field operations, and corporate departments. -Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with complex subject matter. -Knowledge of environmental communications, crisis communications, and ESG reporting is highly desirable. -Strong business acumen and an understanding of the building materials industry or industrial manufacturing. -Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, social media management platforms (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite), and basic video editing or design tools (e.g., Canva). -Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a proven ability to tailor content for different audiences. -Ability to distill technical or regulatory content into clear, engaging messages. -High level of emotional intelligence, integrity, and adaptability.
