The Role

Overview

Maintain and improve park grounds and facilities through gardening, repairs, and safety checks.

Tasks

-Inspect and maintain hot tubs, ensuring they are cleaned, refilled, and chemicals are checked daily -Identify and proactively resolve maintenance issues across lodges and communal areas to uphold high presentation standards -Complete property maintenance tasks, including basic repairs, plumbing, painting, and decorating to keep the park and its facilities in excellent condition -Carry out grounds maintenance to the highest standards, including mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, weed spraying, gritting, and general gardening -Follow Health & Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for staff, guests, and owners

What You Bring

-Experience in grounds maintenance, including mowing, hedge cutting, and general landscaping -Awareness of Health & Safety regulations and a commitment to working safely -A practical approach to property maintenance, with skills in basic repairs and upkeep -Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and proactive attitude -Experience with grounds maintenance equipment is beneficial (spraying or tree work qualifications are a plus, but training will be provided if needed)
