Description
- Technical oversight – develop/implement standards and assure accuracy of work via an established QA/QC process. May research, assist in, or make recommendations on the purchasing of software or other items needed by the department.
- Participate in business development efforts and work with the marketing team to achieve results/goals.
- Staffing - Work (with the team) to coordinate work within the department and with other departments on multi-discipline projects. Play a key role in recruiting and developing team members, provide performance feedback and evaluate compensation adjustments and bonuses.
- Actively participate in management meeting and leadership development meetings and leadership development programs, as requested.
- Project management – Prepare project proposals, authorization for services, budgets, reports, and invoices. Is responsible for reporting on the profit/loss, financial performance of department.
- Client management and attendance at meetings.
- Work closely with the executive team to set goals and business objectives for the department (staffing, growth, performance marks, etc.)
