Tasks

-Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of both head and sub-contracts. -Assist with procurement of major trade packages. -Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. -Assist with cost and contractual matters to ensure project costs, revenues, claims, variations, and supplier agreements are properly managed. -Manage project finalisation activities including financial and defects close out, and completion documentation. -Prepare cost forecasts, monitor financial status, and prepare cash flow statements for your designated subcontracts. -Undertake monthly progress claim reporting, and presentations to internal stakeholders.

What You Bring

-Financial knowledge to help manage budgets and monitor costs. -Experience managing contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance, and dealing with subcontractors. -Experience being involved in procurement and tender processes. -Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Construction industry, ideally working for a main contractor, with experience on commercial, and/or residential projects. -Understanding of legal and commercial issues surrounding construction contracts.
