Tasks

-Shared ownership for supporting and monitoring the products (Product/Application Support Level 2). -Design stories to improve user experience, user interfaces and automation across the agile team. -Provide advice on technical aspects of systems development and integration in line with technical strategies, standards etc. -Lead design of architecture within the Infrastructure Delivery Business Unit for integrated solutions in line with enterprise architectural standards, reference architectures and enterprise roadmaps across data, Infrastructure, process, and service. -Advises on the available standards, methods, tools, and applications relevant to own specialism and can make appropriate choices from alternatives, actively seeks to understand the implications of new technologies and industry developments, communicating the opportunity and impact to the team. -Ensure applicable standards are adhered to in terms of design and documentation of the product solutions.

What You Bring

-Good business understanding and deep understanding of own specialism(s). -Ability to undertake work which requires the application of fundamental principles in a wide and often unpredictable range of contexts. -In product designs focus on user experience and automation. -Degree qualified or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline, with chartered status preferred. -Experience of leading and working in a global business environment and managing distributed teams. -Demonstrates technical leadership in complex technical and/or professional work activities, including the analysis of designs, delivery options and plans.
