Manage EMEA subscription program for Trimble Civil Construction Field Systems.

Tasks

-Contributing to and performing market analyses that identify all relevant current and future market elements that will determine program success. Leading the collection and consolidation of competitive information including price at a system level. -Geting out in the dirt with customers: Understanding program area and customer workflows, gaps, and pain points so well to be able to create attractive offers and fitting pricing strategy, including target list, target cost and target margins. Taking responsibility for forcasting. -Directly interfacing with the Distribution Channel to gather the voice of the customers and set expectations on future change points. Participating in industry trade events. -Working with customer, and other product managers to align backlog and meet customer timeline needs. -Being acountable for releasing documentation, including training and some customer facing materials -You will be interfacing across several areas of the business such as sales, operations, support, and engineering to ensure a seamless customer experience. -Monitoring product results and sales in detail and ensures that the organization is aware of any performance shortfalls against business plan objectives and takes action, as needed.

What You Bring

-Experience with Trimble’s Civil Infrastructure Solutions products including (but not limited to): WorksOS, WorksManager, Virtual Warehouse, Trimble Installation Manager, Earthworks, and Civil Construction Hardware will help you to onboard fast and efficiently. -3+ years of experience in a product management or product marketing role, with a focus on subscription-based products or services with strong understanding of subscription business models, pricing strategies, and customer lifecycle management. -Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to drive cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority. -“Roll up the sleeves” self-starter with the ability to process the details and think strategically. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities and ambiguity. -Experience in developing and executing go-to-market plans for subscription or other offerings. -Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market research to inform decision-making. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans and initiatives. -Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Skillfully deliver and explain information to audiences of diverse sizes and levels of expertise.
