Tasks

-Build relationships with construction management C-Suite, leaders, and critical decision-makers by visiting clients and prospects, serving as their front end point of contact -Generate a healthy “Run Rate” business and mitigate churn within your strategic segment. “Run Rate” comprises product line cross-sell, upsell, and contract expansion into current clients, and initial “Land & Expand” deals with separate business units or subsidiaries of large prospects -Set up Enterprise Account Managers for success by building awareness and interest within the prospect’s organization, gathering field sentiment and informing Customer Success of adoption risk in the process -Travel up to 25% to client sites, industry events, Procore offices, and more! -Work with an extended account team to close expansion business by addressing prospects’ business challenges, engaging with dedicated solution specialists to drive outcome-focused technical evaluations

What You Bring

-Complete immersion and mastery of our customers' business challenges and the products that solve them. -Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired -Ability to develop trusted relationships -1+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B -Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers -Proven record of success in an inside sales based selling model -Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, specifically Salesforce.com -Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting -Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment -Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools
