Tasks

-Arranges, prepares, and conducts meetings, workshops, and presentations as required​ -Customizes applications as required by customer​ -Assists with executing the project automation plan​ -Tests and supports data integration of new releases of production software/programs​ -Coordinate construction requirements with project IT lead/manager to ensure they’re incorporated in the project automation plan -Prepares user guides and training material and delivers training​ -Develops performance curves, metrics, trackers, and user feedback to show trends and use in improvements​ -Provides automation support to teams on project, including setup, training, application and process, software quality assurance and control, reporting, database administration, and close-out of all construction automation software’s and applications ​ -Evaluates and coordinates the implementation of new automation modules and tools​

What You Bring

-A good understanding of Bechtel standard construction work processes and procedures is desirable. -Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience -Experience with other Bechtel Standard applications, including PTR, SETROUTE, BPS and InfoWorks is desirable. -Excellent communication and problem-solving ability -Extensive knowledge of TEAMWorks and associated applications is required. -Advanced level capability with MS Excel and Access is required. Experience with other database platforms is desirable. -Applies knowledge of database management, programming skills, and 3D tools, to support team and project construction planning, work packaging, progress reporting, material management, turnover/completions, workforce management and timekeeping -Knowledge of engineering and construction methods and processes customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience
