Tasks

-Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands. -Maintains good housekeeping and follows established safety procedures. -Maintain awareness of individual contribution to and impact of the quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance policies and activities; report all quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to the proper personnel -Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System. -Follows all Company guidelines as stated in the Associate Handbook and Safety Manual. -Assist with equipment setups, adjustments, and installations using a wide variety of precision measuring instruments and devices. -Keep supervisor informed of problems and equipment that is not operating properly. -Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy. -Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

What You Bring

-Some Technical or Trade school preferred. -Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude. -Must be computer literate, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Products. -Ability to stand and/or walk, bend, stoop or crouch for at least an 8-hour shift. -Ability to accurately perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery as required per establish PM programs and complete required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted. -Ability to read and understand mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, and programmable logical control boards and languages. -Efficiently perform tasks/preventative maintenance on machinery in assigned department, with a medium degree of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. -Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment with accuracy and integrity. -Able to work in a team environment and interface with a diverse workforce. -Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent. -1-2 years of working in a manufacturing/production environment, preferably working with industrial machinery.
