Overview

Manage payroll, invoicing, and admin tasks ensuring prevailing wage compliance.

Tasks

-Handle urgent administrative issues as they arise Insurance check-ins and updates -Forward and file invoices via office email -Communicate with field staff and office team -Review timecards for accuracy and prevailing wage compliance -Attend weekly admin meeting for payroll producers -Run payroll and print paychecks -Track client payments and follow up on outstanding invoices -Manage incoming mail (checks, deposits) -Send out payments and invoices (especially by the 25th of each month)
