Fork Lift Truck Driver

Overview

Operate forklift to unload, distribute materials and support site safety and waste management.

Tasks

-Assist the site team in relation to site security, cleanliness and segregation of waste. -Checking of material quantities. -Stack materials into designated areas/compound/containers. -Complete daily checks on forklift, complete the necessary report forms, and arrange rectification of any defects or damage. -Ensure all pallets are returned to suppliers in a timely manner. -Assist the Site Manager in preparing specific risk assessments for material handling, lifting operation and traffic management. -Undertake the safe unloading and distribution of materials.

Requirements

• cpcs
• driving licence
• telehandler
• telescopic handler
• building materials

What You Bring

-Hold appropriate certification/license (CPCS rough terrain telehandler and full UK manual driving licence). -Experience of operating telescopic handlers. -Basic knowledge of building materials.
