Support field ops: set up equipment, operate machinery, fuel, and assist water transfer.

Tasks

-Maintain a clean and safe work environment -Back-in trucks and monitor on-site operations for safety -Set up and tear down equipment like generators, piping, and containment -Support water transfer and frac site activities as needed -Operate heavy machinery (telehandler, skid steer, loaders) when trained -Fuel and inspect equipment, manage daily checklists, and complete safety documentation

What You Bring

-Valid driver's license -Strong teamwork and communication skills -High school diploma or GED -Equipment operator certification a plus -Ability to work in all weather conditions and travel overnight as needed -Communicate effectively across teams using radio, phone, and in-person -Prior experience in roustabout, water transfer, or oil & gas preferred
