  • Building relationships with customers to provide a high level of service delivery, becoming their trusted advisor for their rotating equipment health
  • Traveling to customer sites to provide supporting service
  • Defining KPIs to analyze and measure performance to propose improvements and action plans
  • Writing technical reports providing conclusions and recommendations for customer equipment following each assignment.
  • Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
  • Overseeing the preparation of invoices, technical documents, and manufacturing records for orders, ensuring compliance with the internal documentation system

  • Be able to travel regionally to work with customers on-site up to 80% of the time
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited college or university (or 2- year technical degree with 4+ years of applicable industry experience)
  • Possess mechanical experience with rotating equipment found throughout the Power Generation industry or other similar industries
  • Have a passport (or able to obtain a passport) and hold a valid driver’s license
  • Have knowledge and/or industry experience in either the Power Generation industry, Chemical Plants or other similar industries
  • M-F 8am-5pm with some weekend and other OT hours when needed
  • Diagnosing machinery problems based on vibration data, operational data, and customer communications
