Tasks

The Client Manager will be tasked with handling a portfolio of dedicated clients being the first point of contact for queries alongside handling accounts preparation and assisting the more junior members of the team. -Liaising with clients, offering advice on varying matters -Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns -Preparation of self-assessment returns for directors, self-employed, partnerships and rental property accounts. -Being a point of contact for existing clients offering advice -Preparation of company and sole trader financial statements -Preparation of corporation tax returns -All aspects of accounting up to and including the production of monthly management accounts.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours a week, flexi hours A fantastic opportunity is available within a medium sized Accountancy Practice, for a Senior Accountant/Client Manager. Due to continued growth, this position has become available, and is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Accountant to establish themselves within a growing, reputable practice -3+ years of proven experience in a client facing role gained within public practice -Good working knowledge of Xero & Iris -Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with all types of clients -Qualified with ACCA / ACA / QBE will be considered -Experience handling SRA audits is advantageous
