Tasks

Support Project Execution -Weekly production meetings with leadership -Attend weekly internal production meetings -WorkPrepare competitive estimates for private commercial and industrial projects (TI, ground-up, PEMB)Perform accurate takeoffs and develop pricing proposals in response to RFPs -Identify value-engineering solutions that improve cost and constructability -Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to scope, qualify, and align bids -Collaborate with project managers for a smooth handoff from preconstruction to build -Attend pre-bid site visits and walkthroughs when needed -Maintain and grow relationships with trusted trade partners and vendors
