Tasks

-Repair post construction stormwater infrastructure, concrete structures, underground piping and stormwater basins throughout the REGION -Manage project activities, budgets, documentation and timelines. -Operate hand-held, power tools and heavy construction equipment (e.g. skid loader, backhoe, excavator). -Maintain equipment trailer and service vehicles. -Ensure safe performance of project work. -Train and supervise construction technicians. -Account for and manage project materials and equipment. -Document field observations. -Conduct site inspections. -Apply construction and regulatory compliance techniques.

What You Bring

-GED or High School Diploma. -Experience with operation of heavy construction equipment (e.g. skid loader, backhoe, excavator), power tools and concrete hand tools. -Thorough understanding of safe work practices in accordance with OSHA regulations. -Knowledge of stormwater & sediment and erosion control. -Comfortable using pickups and equipment trailers while understanding DOT requirements. -Prior experience with repair and construction of stormwater infrastructure, concrete structures, rebar and concrete finishing, underground piping and detention/retention basins -Valid driver’s license and good driving record. -Cross-training and the ability to work on a variety of projects. -5-7 years of construction experience. -Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and manage staff -Able to perform manual labor, Lift and carry 60 pounds, work in confined spaces and under inclement weather conditions.
