Tasks

We are looking for a Health & Safety Advisor to join our site delivery team on a major earthmoving contract. This role is essential for ensuring a safe working environment and promoting a positive safety culture. -Collaborate with the client's SHE team. -Stay updated with relevant legislation. -Maintain HSE documentation and plans. -Build positive relationships with the workforce. -Produce monthly HSE reports. -Conduct HSE training and site inductions. -Provide HSE support and guidance to the site team. -Investigate incidents and report findings. -Conduct regular site tours and inspections.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of ISO standards. -Site-based experience in construction and civil engineering. -Auditing and inspection skills. -Understanding of CDM regulations. -Incident investigation experience. -Experience in Health & Safety within the construction industry. -NEBOSH General Certificate or higher. -Knowledge of current Health and Safety Legislation. -Strong communication skills.
