Tasks

We are seeking a dedicated Safety Advisor to support the delivery of a high-tech Pharma construction project in France. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all phases of the project, providing guidance and support to the project team. -Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and implement mitigation measures. -Investigate incidents and near misses, reporting findings and recommending corrective actions. -Collaborate with management, contractors, and client representatives to ensure all safety standards are met. -Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific safety plans and procedures. -Support the project team in achieving zero-harm objectives and maintaining a strong safety culture. -Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to project personnel and subcontractors. -Monitor and enforce compliance with local, national, and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, regulations, and best practices. -Ability to work independently and as part of an international, multicultural team. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with teams at all levels. -Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent). -Proven experience as a Safety Advisor or HSE professional in construction projects, ideally on data centres or high-tech facilities.
