Tasks

-Overall responsibility for all HVAC systems on project for their Commissioning delivery. -Will require to follow deliverables against project plan to ensure timescales are adhered and delivered accordingly -Co-ordination with Vendor during field Commissioning for HVAC, BMS, EMS to complete HVAC Commissioning deliverable activities -Participate and support Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for HVAC systems

What You Bring

-Experience in HVAC Systems. -Able to liaise with Project Design Team Engineers and perform technical documentation reviews i.e. FDS, Technical Specifications, GAs, and provide feedback as required to Vendors -Able to generate and execute Commissioning test protocols and Qualification protocols (DQ, CTP, IQ, OQ) -Process equipment start up experience advantageous -Experience in Black utilities are also desirable. Pre-dominantly HVAC experience required for this role. -Able to write Validation Reports -Able to raise Deviation report, chase and track punch items/deviations to closure following remediation -Strong field execution experience and troubleshooting experience -Good knowledge of Good Documentation Practice (GDP) -Good technical understanding of HVAC systems -Hands on field experience with Commissioning, performing P&ID Walk downs -Technical understanding and experience of BMS, EMS systems and their associated control systems and how they interface with HVAC systems -Minimum of 7 years experience gained within a Life Sciences environment -Experience of working in a project environment -Educated to Degree level in Engineering or Science related are -Good knowledge of cGMP, ISPE, Risk Based Approach to Commissioning and Qualification regulatory requirements
