The Role

Overview

Perform building maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks for Collier's properties.

Tasks

-You coordinate and complete system and building repairs and preventative maintenance requirements in a timely manner -You provide ongoing assistance and support to the Chief Engineer in all aspects of site operation and maintenance.

What You Bring

-Minimum OSHA 10 hour – General Industry Safety Training is preferred -Minimum of 2 years of experience in building/property maintenance -Experience with painting, drywall and light carpentry/construction projects -Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel) -Working knowledge of work order and preventative maintenance software systems -A valid driver’s license -Solid working knowledge of HVAC systems/maintenance, electrical, plumbing, energy management systems and other building mechanical equipment.
