-Skilled in synthesising information from federated delivery teams, Finance, HR, and Risk into structured reporting frameworks that align with business priorities and governance requirements. -Extensive experience in reporting, analytics, or performance management within large, complex organisations, ideally with exposure to technology or transformation programmes. -Proven track record of integrating reporting across multiple domains and functions, creating a unified and coherent enterprise-wide view that supports strategic decision-making. -Strong understanding of technology performance metrics, financial levers, and operational data sources—including cost, workforce, risk, and delivery enabling meaningful analysis and recommendations. -Demonstrated expertise in executive-level reporting, with the ability to distill complex data and concepts into clear, insightful narratives tailored for senior stakeholders including the CEO, Executive Committee, and Board. -Comfortable operating in high-stakes environments, with the agility to adapt reporting outputs quickly in response to evolving business needs or urgent requests from senior leadership.
