Tasks

These are immediate roles to join an existing team to produce and coordinate packages in revit for a significant London housing project at RIBA stage 3-4. You will be responsible for high quality architectural drawings including but not limited to envelope, facade, balconies, podiums, cores and lifts, coordinating with consultants and contractors to ensure build-ability and compliance.

What You Bring

This practice is looking for technically capable architects, technologists or equivalent with expert revit skills and a portfolio of large complex London housing projects at stages 3 onwards. Although these are technically focussed roles, you will have a strong design sensibility demonstrated through a well presented portfolio of quality drawn work and details. You will be comfortable coordinating with consultants and contractors to ensure the highest level of efficiency and that design is not compromised through each stage of delivery. You will be available for contract work immediately for at least 6 months and be adaptable to jump across project demands. Due to the high volume of applications, we will only be able to respond to those shortlisted for the position. Applicants must have valid Right to Work (RTW) in the UK, as those without will not be eligible.
