Undertake reactive and preventative maintenance and small project works
Liaise with supervisors, facilities managers, and clients to ensure quality outcomes
Perform patching, surface preparation, and finishing to a high standard ready for painting
Install cornices and decorative mouldings with precision and attention to detail
Adhere to BGIS safety, quality, and environmental procedures
Carry out all aspects of plastering, including wall and ceiling sheeting, setting, and finishing

Experience across building and construction, particularly residential or commercial sites
Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Lining (minimum qualification)
WHS Construction White Card
Full working rights in Australia (essential)
Current Australian driver’s licence

Strong communication skills and customer focus
Multi-trade experience in painting, carpentry, or general repairs (desirable)
Proven ability to work independently and within a team
