Tasks

Work on innovative and sustainable water harvesting technology. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and monitor factory inventory, ensuring accurate records and timely stock updates. ● Track and manage staff along with their attendance and report discrepancies. ● Execute and complete tasks assigned by management in a timely and organized manner. ● Co-Ordinate with R&D team for operational and administrative tasks as required. ● Ensure smooth workflow within the factory and coordinate with relevant teams when necessary. ● Uphold safety, discipline, and cleanliness standards within the factory premises.

What You Bring

Requirements: Minimum educational qualification: (ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR B.Tech/BE in Mechanical Engineering preferred) ● 1–2 years of experience in a factory, warehouse, or operations environment (preferred, but freshers with the right attitude may apply). ● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ● Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. ● Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for inventory and attendance tracking (preferred). ● Dedication, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Must be Diploma/ITI along with B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Position Overview We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Factory Associate to manage inventory, monitor attendance, and support day-to-day factory operations. The candidate will directly report to Dr. Anshu Agarwal and ensure tasks are completed on time and to standard.
