Overview

Manage cost, schedule, data processes and partner negotiations for projects.

Tasks

-Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks -Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients -Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners -Evaluate our current data management processes and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements

What You Bring

-Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline -Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating -Have demonstrated experience implementing cost & schedule management work processes -Have a comprehensive understanding of Work Breakdown Structure and project Coding structures
