Tasks
-Perform routine preventative maintenance and recommend proactive repairs to minimize downtime. -Participate in facility-related projects as needed. -Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional, solutions-oriented approach. -Impactful Work: Ensure commercial facilities run smoothly, delivering exceptional value to clients. -Adhere to all safety policies, environmental, health, security, and fire protection regulations. -Respond promptly to emergency service requests. -Provide observations and recommendations to enhance facility conditions and mechanical performance. -Work independently with minimal supervision, reporting to job assignments promptly. -Execute equipment repairs and replacements with precision. -Complete paperwork accurately and on time. -Service, install, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including ice machines. -Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems to determine repair needs.

What You Bring
-Capability to work independently and manage time effectively -Valid driver’s license and ability to travel/drive to client locations for training, meetings, or other events (reimbursement provided). -Commitment to wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). -Flexibility to work overtime and travel as needed. -Familiarity with light commercial equipment -Experience with industry software (preferred but not required) -Proficiency in servicing, installing, and troubleshooting commercial HVAC systems and ice machines -Ability to pass drug, background, and driver’s license checks. -Company-Issued Tech: Cellphone and tablet provided. -3–6 years of demonstrated experience in commercial HVAC refrigeration systems. -EPA Certification (required). -Willingness to meet enhanced security clearance requirements. -Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug, background, and driver’s license checks -Strong customer service and communication skills -Physical ability to climb/descend ladders carrying up to 30 lbs., lift up to 75 lbs., and work in confined spaces (e.g., crawlspaces, attics). -Meet enhanced security clearance requirements -Ability to perform routine maintenance and recommend preventative repairs
