Tasks
RAN Project Manager will lead large-scale Radio Access Network (RAN) deployment programs from site acquisition and development through integration, acceptance, and close-out. This role requires a strong technical understanding of RAN systems, deployment workflows, and field execution across multiple markets. The CPM will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery of network rollout projects with full accountability for cost, schedule, scope, and quality (CSSQ) metrics. -Drive field deployment operations, including civil, power, and RF installation workstreams; monitor integration progress and acceptance testing. -Lead root-cause analysis for deployment issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives across rollout activities. -Support pre-sales engineering, solution design reviews, and handover to operations and maintenance teams post-deployment. -Manage end-to-end RAN deployment programs covering site development, integration, commissioning, and optimization phases. -Act as the primary technical interface for the customer, ensuring transparent communication and proactive issue management. -Oversee financial tracking, progress reporting, and KPI performance per project governance standards. -Develop and maintain detailed project plans, forecasts, and performance baselines; manage scope changes and risk mitigation. -Coordinate cross-functional teams: engineering, construction, integration, and supply chain to achieve project milestones.

What You Bring
-Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage customer expectations and internal deliverables. -Strong technical understanding of RAN architecture, including baseband units, remote radio heads, transport integration, and site commissioning. -5+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale RAN deployments (4G/5G preferred) from site development through close-out. -Proven success leading multi-market or regional rollout programs involving multiple vendors and stakeholders. -Solid experience with project tracking tools, risk management, and performance metrics.
