-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure commercial success and operational alignment -Identify market trends and contribute to strategic business planning -Lead day-to-day business development operations for CAN Geotechnical -Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering technical support and innovative solutions -Manage sales processes including ECI, tendering, and post-bid negotiations -Drive marketing initiatives and raise the company’s profile within RSK and the wider market -Influence business direction and growth

What You Bring

-Strong technical understanding and ability to engage with clients and engineers -A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams and business units -Proven experience in business development within the geotechnical or construction sector -Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
