Tasks

-Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions. -Retaining customers and building strong, trusting relationships. -Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio. -Developing and implementing strategic plans and manage and grow existing accounts. -Lead and partner with the sales team to improve their performance and reach targets. -Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge of the Potters business, its offerings, products lines Cultivate and establish trust-based relationships with customers, ensuring respect and timely execution of tasks. -Providing superior customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. -Proactively monitoring performance and proposing new ideas and processes
