Lead THSE Engineer overseeing safety, HSE, and engineering processes for FEED projects in Abu Dhabi.

Tasks

-Provide guidance and advice on Technical Safety matters in a consistent manner in line with that agreed within the team -Carry out appropriate discipline and inter discipline checks and reviews of engineering and design work -Remain engaged in design issues and decisions throughout construction, commissioning and start-up -Establishing and maintaining engineering processes, systems and tools (software) -Implement, practice and Monitor Quality Management System (QMS) in FEED office projects in line with ISO 9001-2015 and API Q2 2nd edition requirements -Discipline engineer in one or more integrated in-house /contractor teams handling multiple project responsibilities -Maintain effective interfaces and relationships within/between disciplines, and peers in other EP Projects teams and Assets -Ensure own discipline engineering and design work are successfully delivered and appropriate reviews conducted -Execute technical work for FEED and Detailed Designs (designs, specifications, drawings, etc.) within designated CTR scopes -Assuring that work and project promises are successfully delivered and appropriate reviews have been conducted -Contribute to the development of execution contracting strategies that compliment designs, construction methods and operating methods -Contribute to excellent HSE performance throughout the engineering phase of the project life cycle -Deliver continuously improving performance, benchmarked as top tier in the industry -Maintain excellent HSE performance throughout the engineering phase of the project life cycle. -Ensure quality of technical work and the technical integrity, functionality, constructability, safe operation and reliability of designs -Create demonstrable value for customers by understanding their drivers and critical success factors -Capture/apply internal and external learning’s and incorporate improvements -Involved in multiple engineering reviews and provide sound design inputs

What You Bring

-Minimum 15 years atleast 10 years in oil & gas and 6 years in FEED/Engineering experience. -Be able to work in a team environment and handle multiple project responsibilities -Experience in the middle east is preferred -Time write correctly each week -Bachelor in Engineering degree or equivalent
