Tasks
-Manage errands, appointments, travel, reservations, and logistics -Keep systems organized and running smoothly -Manage email flow, priorities, follow ups, and commitments -Create documents, forms, checklists, and templates as needed -Coordinate client communication with warmth, clarity, and polish -Oversee home tasks such as meal planning, grocery ordering, and deliveries -Prepare the CEO for meetings, presentations, and travel -Anticipate needs in advance and remove friction before it appears -Own the CEO’s calendar with confidence and intention -Coordinate seasonal tasks and recurring household to dos -Support the CEO in implementing new tools, tech, and AI systems -Track tasks, deadlines, and next steps across multiple projects -Work with vendors, consultants, and team members to move things forward
