Tasks

-Ensure cycle time through plants is as efficient as possible -Manage batching and loading of Heidelberg Materials fleet for delivery to our valued customers, whilst maintaining consistency and quality -Participate actively in site and operational meetings -Actively influence safety behaviours in the plant through positive feedback and safety conversations -Oversee safe maintenance activities in accordance with company requirements -Make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business in collaboration with the Supply Chain Team
