A Day in the Life:- Track shop and field labour hours, costs and productivity across projects. - Support budgeting and forecasting for ongoing and upcoming project hours- Analyze project performance, highlighting variances and cost trends. -Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate financial data.-Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and dashboards to support decision-making -Assist in preparing financial reporting and analysis.-Produce invoices for internal and 3rd party companies -Ensure procedures are followed for invoicing (USD/CAD)-All other duties as required. What You Bring: -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar field. -Minimum of 3 years of experience analyzing data in a manufacturing environment. - Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large data sets. -Strong attention to detail, organization and communication skills.
