The Role
Overview
Oversee branch projects, ensure safety, budget, schedule and supervise daily operations.

Tasks
-Take ownership and constantly look for ways to improve Safety Performance -Supervise daily activities to ensure project targets are met -Report all incidents, safety infractions, non-compliance issues and participate in the investigation and development of corrective actions -Act as a first point of contact on all assigned projects at the branch -Ensure on-site operations are conducted in accordance with corporate policies and procedures within permit conditions and to customer specifications -Assist with project planning and scheduling under guidance of manager -Develop and execute work plans aimed at keeping projects on schedule and on budget -Support continual improvement initiatives such as the invoicing process through the company operational management system (OMS) -Responsible for monthly revenue forecasts -Estimate project costs for tender purposes -Develop and perform job task assessments (JTO’s), Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHA’s) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP’s) to drive Safety Performance

What You Bring
-Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy -Proven ability to multi-task & ability to organize and prioritize tasks -Diploma in a Technical field is desired -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal -Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, word, excel, etc) or Google Workspace
