Senior Build Manager

Overview

Oversee engineering, civils, rigging, DICI for wireless projects from planning to completion

Key Responsibilities

• pacs update
• design review
• logistics planning
• progress reporting
• safety management
• rigging liaison

Tasks

-Attend Pre-Starts and formulate Pre-start minutes (Client Form) and POW -Liaising with Rigging teams, both internal and external resources, on a day to day basis to resolve issues -Update Site Live PACS & any other project tools to ensure sites are kept current -Reviewing of detailed design -To be responsible for ensuring the completion of planning and coordinating the logistics of the projects, working closely with the clients and the Project team Monitoring and reporting of real-time progress on a daily basis to the Programme Manager -Responsible for ensuring that Health and Safety is implemented, and all concerns are reported to the Health and Safety team -Liaise with the client and project team to ensure delivery of milestones are being met -Feedback and communication to the project team on a regular basis -Compiling handover and pack documentation where required -Management of internal and external resources in the delivery of the construction Rigging and DICI activities end to end.
